The summit of Hogback can be observed from Holmes Lake, and Little Holmes Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by. Holmes Lake is located in the Adirondack Mountains. Holmes Lake       typically gets a large amount of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is commonly November, that's the one that rains the most, and February is the month with the least moisture. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff truly is plentiful here in the Adirondack Mountains.
