A pleasant spree to Elm Flats is a perfect way to spend an afternoon, and camping is available at Trails End. For the duration of the warm days of summer here at Hinckley Reservoir, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 70's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight       here at Hinckley Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is splendid on Black River, and you're sure to encounter some friendly people from Utica-Rome here. Beaver Meadow Creek flows through this neighborhood, and don't leave Hinckley Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Forty Mountain Trail. In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Black Creek, and there's good hiking                  along the Party Trail. Any time is a magnificent time at Hinckley Reservoir if you fancy the outdoors. A brilliant place to camp here at Hinckley Reservoir is Trail's End Campground, and Newport Golf Club Of is a tremendous golf course nearby. If you need a place to stay Red Roof Inn Utica is a nice choice; perfect skiing awaits you at Woods Valley. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Utica; great hiking is available along the Stone Dam Trail.
