A perfect place to camp here at Higby Twin Ponds is Cape Woods Campground, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Higby Twin Ponds; Big Deer Pond Trail is a splendid local trail. There's glorious hiking along the Norridge Trail, and float down the rapids of Oswegatchie River - East Branch in a kayak. You absolutely should have a thing about the Adirondack Mountains. Good hiking       is available along the Salmon Lake Trail, and why not camp at Singing waters Campground while you're here at Higby Twin Ponds. Higby Twin Ponds is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains. These mountains rock, just look at all the enjoyable things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. A quick spree to Gun Harbor Brook close to Higby Twin Ponds is a good idea, and Best Western Sunset Inn is a perfect location to get some rest.
