A visit to Hicks Pond is always a good idea. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Catskill Mountains. Stay the night at Woodstock Lake Assn-office; not far from Hicks Pond you'll hit upon Myosotis Lake which is a stunning lake. This lake is so wonderful. We are located in the beautiful Schoharie Valley and nestled between the Catskill, Helderberg and Adirondack Mountains. Just 3 miles south of the small town of Middleburgh and about 10 miles from the college town of Cobleskill. Albany and Schenectady are about 30-45 minutes away and Saratoga Springs, Cooperstown is nearby. Howe Caverns, Secret Caverns and Iroquois Indian Museum is 15 minutes away. If you are looking for a place to relax and leave the hustle and bustle behind, we are the place for you. We are a quiet, clean and peaceful campground and we hope to see you one of these days.
