Black Pond is a magnificent lake close to Henderson Pond, and The Willows on the Lake is a pleasant campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. At Henderson Pond you always meet someone from Watertown-Fort Drum; you can spend the day on the beach at El Dorado Beach. All through the long summer days, highs usually are in the 70's at Henderson       Pond. During the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Henderson Pond temperatures fall to the 0's. There are other places here than Henderson Pond, for example Crystal Lake, and Henderson Pond is a good place to visit for more than one day, Southwick Beach is a good place to camp nearby. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll like Henderson Pond. Dry warm                  beds await you at Travelodge Pulaski; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Dry Hill. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Super 8 Pulaski is a magnificent choice, and whitewater paddling is delightful on Sandy Creek.
