It's always fun to stop by Lake Heloise. While you're here at Lake Heloise you can take a hike along the Phoenicia Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Heloise is not the only site nearby, Silver Lake is a nearby lake; if you need a site to stay Winwood Inn is a brilliant choice. An average amount of rain falls at Lake Heloise; May is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is February. And that's not all you can do here in the Catskill Mountains. In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ten Mile Creek, and while you're here you can play some golf at Windham Country Club. is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Willow Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and skiing at Windham Mountain is one of those things you just have to do.
