This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. Just can't get enough of Heart Pond. A brilliant close by hotel is Hague Motel, and you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Rock Pond Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Do check out Bear Pond next to Heart Pond, it's a picturesque lake; if you like swamps you're in luck, Peshette Swamp is right nearby. Throughout the warm months       at Heart Pond temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Heart Pond. Crown Point Bay is not far from Heart Pond at all, and hiking along the Bear Pond Trail is splendid fun. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff truly is abundant here in the Adirondack Mountains. No need to travel far to check out out of the                  ordinary stuff like Eagle Cliff; do take a hike on the Clear Pond Trail. There's so much to do here at Heart Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Green Acres By The Brook is a splendid location for that, and get dripping wet paddling on La Chute River. An average amount of rainfall falls at Heart Pond; the month with most of the rain is August while February is usually the driest month. You're sure to come across some wonderful people from Glens Falls here. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Adirondack Mountains. Belfred Court Motel is a magnificent site to get some rest, and if you came to camp Brookwood Park Campsite is a fine location to do that. This lake is so wonderful.
