A visit to Heart Pond is always a good idea. People from Glens Falls love to come to Heart Pond. There's so much to do here at Heart Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Brookwood RV Resorts is a splendid spot for that. Heart Pond is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Green Acres By The Brook is a nice local campground, and if you're here you must have a look at Crown Point Bay. Heart Pond is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains.

| | This lake is so wonderful. A delightful swamp in the neighborhood of Heart Pond is Peshette Swamp, and a cool spot to have a look at is Eagle Cliff. All the outdoors fun things in the Adirondack Mountains will keep you coming back again and again. Whitewater paddling is great on Putnam Creek, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Ticonderoga Inn & Suites. to offer. You get a delightful panorama of Bear Pond Mountain from Heart Pond, and you can have a fine hiking adventure along the Rock Pond Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Grizzle Ocean is close at hand, and Heart
Pond is right by the Clear Pond Trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Adirondack Mountains. After a long day outdoors Ticonderoga - Super 8 Motel is a tremendous location to spend a night or two, and paddling on La Chute River
is so much fun. Hiking along the Bear Pond Trail is splendid fun; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Little Rock Pond.
And that's not all you can do here at Heart Pond. Heart Pond gets a
typical amount of annual precipitation; the wettest month of the year is mostly August, that's the one that rains the most while February is regularly the driest month. All through the summertime at Heart Pond temperatures are frequently
