Hawkins Pond is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Hawkins Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Lakeside Campground is a great place for that, and at Hawkins Pond you can catch a glimpse of Oak Hill. The yearly rainfall here at Hawkins Pond is about average; June is when you get the most rain here, and February meanwhile is the driest month. The warmest time of the year at Hawkins Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
