perfect spot is Heel Tap Rock.
Summer at Harlem Meer arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's typically in the 60's. Highs through the wintertime are ordinarily in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Harlem Meer temperatures drop to the 10's.
