Halfmoon Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Cold Brook Campsites is a tremendous local campground, and beautiful scenery and perfect skiing is what you acquire at McCauley Mountain. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Halfmoon Lake. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are mostly in the 20's with temperatures at Halfmoon Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. Halfmoon
