If you like lakes and you're in this part of New York you can check out Gull Pond. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Goose Pond, and dry warm beds await you at The Sagamore. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Echo Lake Southwoods is a fine site to camp; as expected, this is a good area for folks who like lakes, Spectacle Pond is a lake in close proximity. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy

Paddling on Schroon River is so much fun, and unsurprisingly Shanty Bottom Brook flows through this region. Any time is a great time at Gull Pond if you like the outdoors. This place is great, just look at all the fun things to do
near Gull Pond. Don't leave Gull Pond without first going for a hike along the Pharoah Mountain Trail, and the top of Beaver Meadow Hill is easily seen from Gull Pond. Get drenched paddling on The Branch; swamps can be such out
of the ordinary places, check out Beaver Meadow Marsh while you're here at Gull Pond. For the duration of the long summer days highs here at Gull Pond reach the 70's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. High temperatures during
the winter are normally in the 20's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Gull Pond sink into the 0's. From a precipitation point of view Gull Pond is a relatively typical place; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
