It's always fun to stop by Gull Lake. Through the summertime at Gull Lake temperatures are usually in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's with temperatures at Gull Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Twin Lakes Trail, and since you're here, you could explore Middle Branch Moose River. But wait, there's more to do near Gull

| | Lake. Cedar Pond is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Woods Valley. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Gull Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Singing waters Campground is a splendid place for that. Having a splendid time in the Adirondack Mountains is simple. Have a good hiking adventure along the Forty Mountain Trail, and a lake nearby is Grass Pond. | |

Really brilliant skiing awaits you at McCauley Mountain, and get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Moose River. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. Why not take a refreshing hike
along the Stone Dam Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Moose River - Middle Branch. Gull Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; throughout August this area sees the most rain;
the driest of the months is February. But wait, there's more amusing things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Gull Lake has to offer, you can camp at Cold Brook Campsites, and Bare Mountain is a peak you can observe from Gull Lake.
