Gull Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. During the summertime months at Gull Lake temperatures are frequently in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 20's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Gull Lake temperatures sink to the 0's. You don’t have to go far from Gull Lake to distinguish the water at Coleman Dam, and one of the overriding

| | marks of the surroundings of Gull Lake is Neejer Hill. Gull Lake gets a great deal of water; August is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. go for a hike on the Stone Dam Trail. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Adirondack Mountains. The slopes of Woods Valley are so inviting nobody can resist, and a splendid place
to camp here at Gull Lake is Singing waters Campground. This lake is so wonderful. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Moose River - Middle Branch, and everybody nearby loves skiing at McCauley Mountain. If you love the
outdoors you'll love it here in the Adirondack Mountains. Nearby lakes? Sure, Chub Pond is near Gull Lake; hiking is a popular thing to do around Gull Lake; Forty Mountain Trail is a delightful local trail. There's whitewater
on Black River for all you adrenaline junkies, and obviously Big Brook is a pretty stream that is worth visiting. Gull Lake is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains.
