Why not stop by Griswold Pond if you're passing through these parts. If you need a location to stay BENTLEY BROOK RESORT is a brilliant choice, and Privacy Campground is a magnificent local campground. Griswold Pond is a perfect spot to visit for more than one day, Broken Wheel Campground is a perfect spot to camp nearby, and the snow is tremendous at Jiminy Peak. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Jiminy Peak is a great site to spend a night
or two, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Bousquet is relatively near.
If you're here, you might as well stop at Robinson Hollow, and glorious hiking is available along the Taconic Skyline Trail. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Griswold Pond with night lows in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Griswold Pond fall into the 10's. You'll wish for

more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things at Griswold Pond. There's whitewater on Green River for all you adrenaline junkies, and people from Pittsfield love to come here.
This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Griswold Pond; Turner Trail is a good local trail; if you've had enough of Griswold Pond, Douglas Pond is close by. Go for a hike on the Brickhouse Mountain Trail; get your heart pumping on the wonderful whitewater of Konkapot Brook. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a tremendous time here at Griswold Pond.
Griswold Pond gets a common amount of yearly rainfall; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily July, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest. You're possibly keen on lakes, Beaver Pond is one of those close by, and some of the water nearby flows, like East Brook.
