This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Torne Mount Ivy Trail, and Mt. Peter has pleasant slopes and a friendly staff. Green Pond beyond doubt is
in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. On a gorgeous day you can stop by New Sebago Beach in close proximity to Green Pond, and don't leave Green Pond without first going for a hike along the Pine Meadow Trail. This lake is
so wonderful. Camping at Green Pond is perfect fun, Robert Moses is a perfect local campground, and you can run the rapids of Popolopen Creek.
