If you like lakes and you're in this part of New York you can check out Green Lake. Green Lake is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Adirondack Mountains. Here at Green Lake you can catch a sight of Camelhump, and Piseco Outlet is a fine whitewater spot close by. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Green Lake has to offer, you can camp at Pine Lake Campground and RV Park.

All the outdoors fun stuff in the Adirondack Mountains will keep you coming back persistently. A tremendous site for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Green Lake is Sprite Creek, and this is
a popular place for people from Amsterdam. Pine Lake is a great lake near Green Lake, and Green Lake is right by the Hamilton Mountain Fire Tower Trail. The annual precipitation here at Green Lake is about average; the wettest month
of the year is commonly June, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is February.
This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Green Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Campsite is
a good site for that, and Mud Lake is an attention-grabbing swamp next to Green Lake. So many exciting things to do at Green Lake, so little time. While you're here at Green Lake you can play some golf at Nick Stoner Municipal Golf Course, and lakes are such serene locations, why not go to Caroga Lake.
