Mountains. A journey to Point Breeze in close proximity to Green Lake is always a great idea, and there are plenty of folks from Amsterdam here. This lake is so wonderful. Frie Flow flows through this neighborhood; swamps can be such
exciting locations, stop at Mud Lake while you're here at Green Lake.
If you came for an overnight stay Royal Mountain Campsites is a pleasant location to camp; after a long day outdoors Johnstown/Gloversville Super 8 Motel is
a nice spot to spend a night or two. For the duration of the summer highs here at Green Lake reach the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are frequently in the 20's, and night lows
during the winter for Green Lake tend to be in the 0's.
Hiking along the Hamilton Mountain Fire Tower Trail is splendid fun, and Canada Lake is a splendid lake close by. The Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
