This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. All the outdoors entertaining things in the Adirondack Mountains will keep you coming back time and again. Courtyard Lake Placid is a wonderful place to get some rest, and Casey Mountain can be seen from Grassy Ponds. For the duration of the months of summer at Grassy Ponds highs are regularly in the 70's. For the period of       the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. Through the winter highs are mostly in the 20's; overnight lows through the winter for Grassy Ponds tend to be in the 0's. There are some glorious whitewater spots on Thirteenth Brook, and Prier Pond is a nearby lake that you could take a look at. Grassy Ponds is a good location of typical precipitation; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most while February is frequently                  the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. The Oregon Trail is a perfect hiking trail in the vicinity of Grassy Ponds, and you can stay the night at Cedar Pond Campground. Everybody close by loves skiing at Gore Mountain; why not a little side tour to Bell Mountain Brook. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Adirondack Mountains. Do go to Gardner Pond close to Grassy Ponds, it's a picturesque lake. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Grassy Ponds has to offer, you can camp at Smoke Rise Campsites. So much amusing stuff to do at Grassy Ponds, so little time.
