    Grassy Pond is a lake worth visiting. Clear Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out; Grassy Pond is a nice place to camp, Cape Woods Campground is a nice place. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Grassy Pond; Salmon Lake Trail is a fine local trail, and get wet paddling on Oswegatchie River - East Branch. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing
 
   at McCauley Mountain if you're here, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Oswegatchie River - East Branch. This lake is so wonderful. The great folks of Ogdensburg-Massena like to hang out close by, and one of the governing traits of the surroundings of Grassy Pond is Greenfield Mountain.
And if that's not enough there's a lot more amusing things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. Grassy Pond is right by the The Loop, and Sliding Falls is a lovely spot
 
               to explore while you're at Grassy Pond. So many exciting things to do here at Grassy Pond, too magnificent to be true. A brilliant close by hotel is Newton Falls Hotel, and Robinson's Iga is a great campground here. Throughout the months of summer highs here at Grassy Pond reach the 70's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. Highs during the winter are ordinarily in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Grassy Pond plunge into the 0's.
The annual rain here at Grassy Pond is about average; through August this area sees the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Just can't get enough of the Adirondack Mountains. The Big Deer Pond Trail offers hiking at its best; if you need a spot to stay Stone Manor is a good choice.
