for a while, Pioneer Village is a great spot for that; after a long day outdoors THE HOTEL SARANAC is a delightful location to spend a night or two. Yeah, come here to Grandmas Pond for a fine time. There's whitewater on Salmon River
for all you adrenaline kick people, and the top of Buck Hill is easily made out from Grandmas Pond. Head up to Titus Mountain and strap some skis to your feet, and you'll probably meet some people from Malone here. The warmest
time of the year at Grandmas Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Grandmas Pond.
