That right there is lots already, but it continues; Gossweyler Pond has it all. The snow is tremendous at Holiday Mountain, and if you need a place to stay Villa Roma Resort Lodges is a wonderful choice. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Callicoon Creek - North Branch, and unsurprisingly Buck Brook flows through this area. This lake is so wonderful. Summer brings       highs in the 80's to Gossweyler Pond. For the period of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Gossweyler Pond. If you're a golfer then a great close by course is French Woods Golf & Country Club; from Gossweyler Pond you obtain a pleasant sight of Hust Hill. If you come at the right time of year, Callicoon Creek - East Branch offers some fine                  whitewater, and dry warm beds await you at Hills Country Inn. Hiking along the Schiff Trail is tremendous fun, and Gossweyler Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Upper Delaware Campgrounds is a great local campground. Gossweyler Pond is a rather wet place usually with a lot of precipitation; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while February is generally the driest month.
