Get your heart beating on the pleasant whitewater of Sandburg Creek. Why not camp at Ring Homestead Camp if you're here at Goshen Reservoir, and if you get bored of Goshen Reservoir you could also stop by close by Goshen Number Two Reservoir.       Fort Hill is simple to spot from Goshen Reservoir, and a lake close by is Glenmere Lake. This lake is so wonderful. On a wonderful day at Goshen Reservoir you can take a hike along the Cannonball Trail, and everyone close by loves skiing at Sterling Forest. That right there is a lot already, but it goes on; Goshen Reservoir has it all. Near Goshen Reservoir you stumble on a golf course called Hickory Hill Golf Course, and camping is available at Black Bear                  Campground. This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at Mt. Peter is good, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Ramapo River. High temperatures at Goshen Reservoir during the summer are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 30's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Goshen Reservoir tend to be in the 10's.
