Hiking along the Weston Trail is tremendous fun, and you can run the rapids of Ausable River - East Branch. Throughout the warm days of summer highs here at Giant Washbowl reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's, and overnight lows at Giant Washbowl during the winter commonly dip into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. You'll find a beautiful lake called       Bullet Pond near Giant Washbowl. This lake is so wonderful. Have a good hiking adventure along the Stimson Trail, and one of the overriding characteristics of the surroundings of Giant Washbowl is Nubble. And if that's not enough, there's a heap more to do in the neighborhood of Giant Washbowl. John's Brook is a good whitewater spot in close proximity to Giant Washbowl, and dry warm beds await you at Woodruff Motel. Be careful coming to the Adirondack Mountains,                  you might not ever want to go back home again. Going for a hike along the Leach Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and you can never get enough of the wonderful skiing at Whiteface Mountain. Yeah, come up here to the Adirondack Mountains for a brilliant time. Camping at Giant Washbowl is wonderful fun, Paradise Pines Camping Resort is a wonderful local campground, and naturally Roaring Brook flows through this area. The annual rain here at Giant Washbowl is about average; the wettest month of the year is generally August, that's the one that rains the most, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains.
