This is a perfect area for people who like lakes. North Pond is a lake in the neighborhood, and dry warm beds await you at Howard Johnson Hotel. A fine place to camp here at Lake Gerry is Bowman Lake State Park, and if you need a site to stay Norwich Super 8 Motel is a great choice. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this site. Why not camp at Riverside RV Campground if you're here at Lake Gerry.       All through the warmest time of the year here at Lake Gerry, high temperatures commonly get into the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Lake Gerry dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Getting to Fly Meadow Creek from Lake Gerry is easy; paddling on Bowman Creek is so much fun.
