While you're here at Garrison Pond, you could also pop by stunning Cragston Lakes, and getting to Broccy Creek from Garrison Pond is simple. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like The Garrison Golf Club; there's magnificent       hiking along the Woodtown Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Moodna Creek offers some brilliant whitewater, and camping is available at Beaver Pond. Don't leave Garrison Pond without first going for a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail; if you came for an overnight stay Sebago Cabins Harriman is a brilliant place to camp. Econo Lodge Highland Falls is a good spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful.                  Go for a hike on the Stillwell Lake Trail, and if you want to pop by some out of the ordinary stuff, pop by Anthonys Nose. Skiing at Mt. Peter is one of those things you just have to do, and the peak of Bare Rock Mountain can be made out from Garrison Pond.
