It's always fun to stop by Garrison Pond. You must visit Con Hook when you're here at Garrison Pond. Garrison Pond is a magnificent location to visit for more than one day, Beaver Pond is a magnificent location to camp nearby; a day on the slopes of Sterling Forest is just what you need. Good hiking is available along the Stillwell Lake Trail; Econo Lodge Highland Falls is a splendid site to get some rest.

| | Creek, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because The Garrison Golf Club is close at hand. Anthonys Nose is an attention-grabbing place to take a look at while at Garrison Pond; if you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Moodna Creek. This lake is so wonderful. The Woodtown Trail offers hiking at its best, and Popolopen Creek is a nice whitewater spot close by.

At Garrison Pond through the summer highs are in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the
10's overnight here at Garrison Pond. You could also explore Roe Pond since you're here at Garrison Pond; it's close by, and Bare Rock Mountain can be spotted from Garrison Pond. So much fun stuff in the vicinity of Garrison Pond,
absolutely extraordinary. Stay the night at Sebago Cabins Harriman, and there's glorious hiking along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail.
