     After a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Nyack, NY is a good site to spend a night or two, and stunning scenery and fine skiing is what you acquire at Sterling Forest. You truly should go for Garrabrant Pond. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff to do are really bountiful here at Garrabrant Pond. A brilliant site to camp here at Garrabrant Pond is Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds, and lakes are such calm sites, why not take a look at Congers Lake. The high level of precipitation  
   makes Garrabrant Pond a reasonably wet place; July is the wettest month with most rain while February is commonly the driest month.
This lake is so wonderful. There is a perfect hiking trail in close proximity to Garrabrant Pond called the Suffern-Bear Mountain Trail, and a round of golf at nearby Manhattan Woods Golf Club is a great way to kill some time. At Garrabrant Pond you always meet someone from New York-Newark-Edison, and some nearby water includes
 
               East Branch Hackensack River. All through the warm days of summer, highs usually are in the 80's at Garrabrant Pond with night lows in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Garrabrant Pond.
Camping at Trailmark Outdoor Adventures is always a splendid experience, and Hook Mountain is a peak you can distinguish from Garrabrant Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Ramapo River is so much fun, and a lovely lake like Rockland Lake is a great spot to check out. Near Garrabrant Pond you discover the Woodtown Trail which is a great hiking trail; if you need a location to stay Best Western Nyack On Hudson is a great choice.
Whitewater paddling is wonderful on Popolopen Creek, and going for a hike on the Breakneck Ridge Trail is always a wonderful adventure.
