You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area in the vicinity of Garnet Lake has to offer. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Garnet Lake; Oregon Trail is a great local trail, naturally you could also stop at Round Pond since you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side visit to Pine Ridge Brook; after a long day outdoors Lake       George/Warrensburg Super 8 Motel is a perfect place to spend a night or two. Get soaked paddling on Roaring Branch, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Lake George Resort. Garnet Lake is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains. All through the summertime here at Garnet Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are usually in the 20's with temperatures at                  Garnet Lake dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. Just can't get enough of the Adirondack Mountains. Camping at Thousand Acres Ranch Resort is always a nice experience; if you've had enough of Garnet Lake, Lizard Pond is close by. This lake is so wonderful. And if that's not enough there's a lot more enjoyable stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains. Mount Blue is a peak you can make out from Garnet Lake, and whitewater paddling is delightful on Stony Creek. A common amount of precipitation falls here at Garnet Lake; all through the month of August you get the most rain around here; February meanwhile is the driest month.
