Dry warm beds await you at Lake George/Warrensburg Super 8 Motel, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Roaring Branch. This lake is so wonderful. All year is a glorious time in the Adirondack Mountains if you like the outdoors. Head up to Gore Mountain and strap some skis to your feet, and camping at Camp Dippikill Office is always a great experience. This       lake is so wonderful. The Oregon Trail is a great hiking trail in the vicinity of Garnet Lake, and if you come at the right time of year, Stony Creek offers some brilliant whitewater. So much fun stuff to do here in the Adirondack Mountains, too fine to be true. Camping is available at Thousand Acres Ranch Resort; a lake nearby is Mud Pond. The Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful. All the outdoors entertaining things near Garnet Lake will keep                  you coming back over and over.
