Summertime       highs at Furnace Brook Lake regularly tend to be in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Furnace Brook Lake during the winter frequently fall into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Dickerson Pond is a nearby lake that you could pop by; why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Trump National Golf Club. Stay the night at Sebago Cabins Harriman, and hiking along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail is delightful fun. This lake is so wonderful. You get a delightful view of Collaberg Mountain from Furnace Brook Lake, and after a long day outdoors Evergreen Manor is a great location to spend a night or two.
