French Lake is always a pleasure to visit. Clarence Fahnestock State Park is a good campground here, and you can never get enough of the great skiing at Mohawk Mountain. You'll hit upon a beautiful lake called Pawling Reservoir near French Lake; you can run the rapids of Tenmile.

If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to French Lake. Ten Mile River is a perfect whitewater spot near French Lake, and if you need a place to stay Red Carpet Inn & Suites New Milford is a magnificent choice.

Mullin Hill. All through the long summer days at French Lake temperatures are frequently in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are ordinarily in the 30's with temperatures at French
Lake dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights.
If you're a golfer then a nice nearby course is Dutcher Golf Course, and Pine Ledge is a stunning beach to have a look at.
