Franks Pond is located in the Adirondack Mountains. Not far from Franks Pond, you'll hit upon Mountain Pond which is a wonderful lake; if you came for an overnight stay Crystal Grove Diamond Mine is a pleasant place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Black Cat Outlet is a magnificent spot to take a look at, and here at Franks Pond you can see Big Goldmine Hill. And that's not all you can do here at Franks Pond. Why       not take a refreshing hike along the Hamilton Mountain Fire Tower Trail; soar down the rapids of East Canada Creek in a kayak. This location, the Adirondack Mountains, has so much outdoors cool stuff. Why not camp at Pine Lake Campground and RV Park since you're here at Franks Pond. The high level of precipitation makes Franks Pond a reasonably wet place; the wettest month of the year is regularly August, that's the one that rains the most while February is regularly                  the driest month. The California Trail offers hiking at its best; there are other sites here than Franks Pond, for example Ferris Lake. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Adirondack Mountains. A good nearby hotel is Knights Inn Little Falls, and if you come at the right time of year, Piseco Outlet offers some perfect whitewater.
