Go to Fox Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is so wonderful. Near Fox Lake you come across the Bald Hill Trail which is a good hiking trail, and if you need a spot to stay Washington Lake Retreat is a fine choice. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Lander's River Trips is a wonderful spot to camp, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Steam Mill Trail. Why not camp at Woodstock On The Lake Campgrounds while you're here at Fox Lake; the Schiff Trail is a good hiking trail close by. Golf can be played at Island Glen Country Club, and do have a look at Balsam Brook since you're here at Fox Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Lackawaxen River; lovely scenery and tremendous skiing is what you acquire at Tanglwood.

You simply must go for Fox Lake. What would winter be without some skiing at Holiday Mountain, and a great nearby hotel is Eldred Preserve Resort. Summertime highs at Fox Lake typically tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down
it sinks down to the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 30's while Fox Lake overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. If you come at the right time of year, Delaware River offers some splendid whitewater,
and Fox Lake is not the only site close by, Halfmoon Lake is a close by lake.
Lots of rain falls at Fox Lake; most of the rain falls during August, and the driest month is February.
