Go to Lake Forest if you want to go to a nice lake. The snow is great at West Mountain, and there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Schroon River. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Lake Forest. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Lake Forest are in the 0's.
This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Bend of the River Golf Club; this is a popular

You could also stop by Lake Allure if you're here at Lake Forest; it's close by; why not check out close by Berry Pond Brook while you're here at Lake Forest. Lake Forest is a good place of common rain; most of the rain falls through August while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

Motel is a brilliant choice; Lake Forest is a splendid spot to camp, Down Hill Campground is a splendid spot. Any time is a tremendous time at Lake Forest if you go for the outdoors. You can see Beech Mountain from Lake Forest, and
if you come at the right time of year, Sacandaga River offers some nice whitewater.
Lake Forest is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Heartwater Motel & Cabins, and a day on the slopes of Gore Mountain is just what you need.
