High temperatures at Forest Lake through the months of summer are in the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Forest Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. A magnificent nearby hotel is De Bruce Country Inn; do stop at Gee Brook while you're here at Forest       Lake. So many amusing things to do here at Forest Lake, too good to be true. A picturesque lake like Mud Pond close to Forest Lake is a pleasant place to explore; you can run the rapids of Mill Brook. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Hunter Lake Campgrounds is a glorious location to camp, and what would winter be without some skiing at Holiday Mountain. Forest Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; during the month of                  May you get the most rain around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you need a location to stay Willowemoc Motel is a delightful choice; the summit of Rattle Hill can be spotted from Forest Lake.
