Fly Pond is a lake worth visiting. The warmest time of the year at Fly Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while overnight lows are typically in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Fly Pond. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a delightful time here at Fly Pond. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Bear Gulch Pond, and why not camp at Mohawk Camp

This is a delightful region for people who like lakes. Mud Lake is a lake in the neighborhood, and Budget Inn is a delightful location to get some rest.  | 12 miles away I have been to this reservoir many times and highly recommend it to anyone. It's got good fishing and its a very big area to just go out and relax while trying to catch some dinner. I cant say I've caught many big ones but many many sunfish and smallmouth. I know there are trout in the upper pond and walleye in the pond furthest to the left. Also large and smallmouth bass are in all three. Great place to go.... |
