This lake is so wonderful. Swamps can be such attention-grabbing places, take a look at Ingalls Marsh if you're here at Flemings Pond; Arnold Pond is a nearby lake that you could go to. Take a side trip to Burnt Mill Brook, and the top of Bennett Hill is easily seen from Flemings Pond. After a long day outdoors Blue Ridge Motel is a magnificent site to spend a night or two, and close by you find the Rock Pond       Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail. And that's not everything you can do here in the Adirondack Mountains. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Schroon River, and the Short Swing Trail is a good hiking trail nearby. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Flemings Pond. Dry warm beds await you at Mountain Pines Motel, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Long Swing Trail. All through the warm days of summer at Flemings Pond highs                  are commonly in the 70's with night lows in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Flemings Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Paradise Pines Camping Resort if you're here at Flemings Pond. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. So much exciting stuff in the Adirondack Mountains, just tremendous. A great spot to camp here at Flemings Pond is Medcalf Acres Campsite, and if you come at the right time of year, Putnam Creek offers some glorious whitewater.
