All the water falling down from the sky makes Fishpole Pond a wet place; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. This spot rules, just explore all the entertaining stuff to do in close proximity to Fishpole Pond. This is a wonderful vicinity for folks who like lakes. Darning Needle Pond is a lake close by; a brilliant spot to camp here at Fishpole       Pond is Browns Tract Pond State Campground. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. All through the summertime months at Fishpole Pond temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Fishpole Pond are in the 0's. The Ash Pond Trail is a pleasant hiking trail in the neighborhood of Fishpole Pond,                  and paddling on Oswegatchie River - East Branch is so much fun. So much cool stuff to do here in the Adirondack Mountains, too good to be true. Fishpole Pond is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Robinson's Iga is a glorious local campground, and the summit of Grass Pond Mountain can be distinguished from Fishpole Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Near Fishpole Pond you come across the Sixmile Creek Trail which is a great hiking trail, and don't forget to have a look at Chair Rock Flow if you're here.
