If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Adirondack Mountains. Good hiking is available along the Ash Pond Trail; Browns Tract Pond State Campground is a fine campground nearby. Robinson's Iga is a great local campground; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby McCauley Mountain. Summertime highs at Fishpole Pond generally tend to be in the 70's, and the       overnight is fairly chillier of course, usually in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 20's, and night lows through the wintertime for Fishpole Pond tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. There's nice hiking along the Sixmile Creek Trail; if you're here, you could also stop at pretty Colvin Pond. Fishpole Pond is located in the Adirondack Mountains. Fishpole Pond gets a good deal of water; August is the wettest month                  with most rain, and the driest of the months is February. This spot, the Adirondack Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting stuff. You should have a look at Chair Rock Flow when you're here at Fishpole Pond.
