Findley Lake regularly gets much rain; the month with most of the rain is September while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the area in close proximity to Findley Lake has to offer. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Family Affair Campground is always a pleasant experience, and dry warm beds       await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Findley Lake(I-86/Exit 4), Ny. Summer at Findley Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's while night lows are mostly in the 60's. Highs through the winter are ordinarily in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Findley Lake are in the 10's. If you came to camp Paradise Bay Park is a nice place to do that, and why not head up to Peek N Peak and strap some skis to your feet. Not far from Findley                  Lake, you'll stumble on Howard Eaton Reservoir which is a beautiful lake; a perfect place for whitewater paddling is Chautauqua Creek.
