This lake is so wonderful. Soar down the rapids of Moodna Creek in a kayak; golf can
be played at Central Valley Golf Club. Econo Lodge West Point is a splendid spot to get some rest; there is a great hiking trail close by called the Breakneck Ridge Trail. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in close proximity
to Filers Lake. A nice spot to camp here at Filers Lake is Robert Moses, and on a wonderful day you acquire a great vista of Blackcap Mountain from Filers Lake.
Really great skiing awaits you at Mt. Peter, and on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail.
