Fifth Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Rondout Creek; there are plenty of people from Kingston here. It's a glorious idea to pop by Coxing Kill, it's close to Fifth Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Hidden Valley Lake is a wonderful place to camp. scenic scenery and glorious skiing is what you get at Windham Mountain. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Fifth Lake, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the
20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Fifth Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay High Falls Motel is a perfect choice, and the Phoenicia Trail is a great hiking trail close by.
