All through the long summer days at Fergusons Lake temperatures are generally in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Highs all through the wintertime are generally in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Fergusons Lake sink into the 10's. The fine folks of New York-Newark-Edison like to hang out close by, and why not take a little journey to Caney Brook if       you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Fergusons Lake is a brilliant place to camp, Beaver Pond is a brilliant place; Sleepy Hollow is close by, and is a good place. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Wellesley Inn Elmsford is a good choice, and camping at Fergusons Lake is nice fun, Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds is a nice local campground. If you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Popolopen                  Creek; an afternoon playing golf at Trump National Golf Club is always a delight. Fergusons Lake is a wet location that gets a lot of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is July, and the driest month of the year is February. Fergusons Lake sits in the shade of the Pocantico Hills, and there are great locations to look at along the Woodtown Trail. The peak of Beaver Hill can be seen from Fergusons Lake, and Wellesley Inn is a splendid location to get some rest. This is no location for people who don’t like to have a good time. While you're here at Fergusons Lake, you could also explore pretty Beech Hill Pond, and nearby you stumble on the Appalachian National Scenic Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail.
