Craftsman Inn & Conference Center is a delightful       location to get some rest; of course Bishop Brook is a pretty stream that is worth stopping at. This lake is so wonderful. The amount of precipitation that falls at Evergreen Lake is close to the national average; most of the rain falls throughout July; February on the other                  hand is the driest. Green Lakes State Park is a great campground nearby, and you'll come across a striking lake called Lost Lake. For the period of the long summer days at Evergreen Lake highs are typically in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
