Don't leave Elbow Pond without first going for a hike along the Salmon Lake Trail, and a fine close by hotel is Big Rock Cottages. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Daikers Brookside Lodging is a glorious choice. There's so much to do here at Elbow Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Robinson's Iga is a pleasant location for that. Just can't get enough of the Adirondack Mountains. Do       pop by Beaverdam Pond near Elbow Pond, it's a gorgeous lake; McCauley Mountain is a very popular ski area in close proximity. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Oswegatchie River - East Branch. During your tour to Elbow Pond you'll meet some people from Ogdensburg-Massena for sure. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Elbow Pond has to offer, you can camp at Cape Woods Campground. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy                  this site. Summit Mountain is a peak you can observe from Elbow Pond, and the Big Deer Pond Trail offers hiking at its best. Elbow Pond is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains. Elbow Pond gets a normal amount of yearly rain; most of the rain falls all through August while February is frequently the driest month. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Elbow Pond. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's, and night lows at Elbow Pond during the winter regularly drop into the 0's.
