What a nice lake Efner Lake is. Summertime highs at Efner Lake regularly tend to be in the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Efner Lake are in the 0's. Camping at Fort Bink Campground is always a wonderful experience, and get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Sacandaga River. This lake is so wonderful. Black Pond Creek

| | is a magnificent local stream; the skiing at Hickory Ski Center is great.
This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Efner Lake without first paying a visit to Eggleston Falls; you can run the rapids of Stony Creek. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Adirondack Mountains. A splendid site to camp here at Efner Lake is Sacandaga Campground, and a swamp like Bear Swamp close to Efner Lake has lots of interesting things to see. This place, | |

the Adirondack Mountains, has so much outdoors cool stuff. Dry warm beds await you at Lake Luzerne Motel, and close by you locate the Oregon Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail.
This lake is one of the great places here in
the Adirondack Mountains. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Black Pond, and playing golf is lots of fun at Bend of the River Golf Club. Everybody nearby loves skiing at West Mountain.
Efner
Lake gets a lot of water; most of the rain falls through September, and February is the month with the least moisture. This spot rocks, just look at all the entertaining things to do near Efner Lake. Island View Motel & Cottages is
a good place to get some rest, and if the weather is lovely, you get a glorious vista of Cooks Hill from Efner Lake.
