Go to Echo Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! The Adirondack Mountains rocks! Everybody close by loves skiing at West Mountain, and Glen-hudson Campsite is a perfect campground nearby. Be careful coming to Echo Lake, you might not ever wanna return home again. Looking for something in the neighborhood of Echo Lake? Mud Pond is in the neighborhood, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Pharoah

| | Mountain Trail. The amount of rainfall that falls at Echo Lake is close to the national average; the month with most of the rain is August; January meanwhile is the driest month.
This lake is so wonderful. Echo Lake is a tremendous spot to visit for more than one day, Queen Village Camp Ground is a tremendous spot to camp nearby, and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Lake George Resort is a good spot to spend a night or two. Now, you may think that's lots but | |

there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the Adirondack Mountains. The panorama of scenic Hackensack Mountain near Echo Lake is great, and you can run the rapids of Schroon River. At Echo Lake all through the summertime months
highs are in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Echo Lake.
Lake George/Warrensburg Super 8
Motel is a glorious place to get some rest. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? Try Big Brook; a great site for whitewater paddling is Glen
Creek.
During your spree to Echo Lake you'll meet some folks from Glens Falls for sure, and going for a hike along the Spectacle Pond Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. You could also pop by Poker Pond since you're here at Echo Lake; it's nearby, and the slopes of Gore Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist.
