During the summer months at East Pond highs are ordinarily in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's; after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at East Pond descend into the 0's. Be careful coming to East Pond, you might not ever wanna go back home again. If you came for an overnight stay Blue Jay Campsites is a great location       to camp, and there are some delightful whitewater spots on St. Regis River - Middle Branch. Leach Pine Brook is a good place to explore, and lakes are such calm sites, why not check out Lake Ozonia. From a rainfall point of view East Pond is a quite normal location; the month with most of the rain is August; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. On a wonderful day you obtain a view of Ladder Mountain from East Pond, and camping                  is available at Santa Clara Riverside RV Park and Campground.
