If you are in this part of New York make sure to pay a visit to Dwight Pond. Lots of precipitation falls at Dwight Pond; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while February is typically the driest month. The Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Adirondack Mountains. Get dripping wet paddling on Moose River - South Branch, and the snow is glorious at McCauley Mountain.

| | This lake is so wonderful. A good panorama of wonderful Burnt Mountain is available from Dwight Pond, and Daikers Brookside Lodging is a tremendous place to get some rest. Take a little tour to Third Lake Creek while you're here at Dwight Pond. There's so much to do here at Dwight Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Cape Woods Campground is a pleasant site for that.

If you need a place to stay Big Rock Cottages is a glorious choice, and float down the rapids of Black River - South Branch in a kayak. Throughout the summertime months at Dwight Pond temperatures are mostly in the 70's. When the
night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 20's, and night lows at Dwight Pond all through the winter ordinarily dip into the 0's. I can't stop, cause I'm havin'
a pleasant time here at Dwight Pond. On a wonderful day at Dwight Pond you can take a hike along the Norridge Trail; a lake nearby is East Pond.
Dwight Pond is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Singing waters Campground
is a pleasant local campground; there is a wonderful hiking trail close by called the Salmon Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The Twin Lakes Trail is a tremendous hiking trail right next door to Dwight Pond, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Thendara Golf Club.
