If you like lakes and you're in this part of New York you can check out Duncan Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Get soaked paddling on Great Chazy River; the good folks of Plattsburgh like to hang out close by. A typical amount of rainfall falls here at Duncan Pond; all through the month of August you get the most rain around here while February is generally the driest month. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains.
