Duck Ponds is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Salmon River, and Duck Ponds is right by the Silver Lake Mountain Trail. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Schwartz Trail, and if you're visiting from Malone, you won't be the only one. Now, you may think that's a lot but there's even more enjoyable things to do here in the Adirondack Mountains. Chateaugay Hotel is a fine place to get some rest;

| | skiing at Mount Pisgah is one of those things you just ought to do.
Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! The Adirondack Mountains is peerless! Camping at Duck Ponds is delightful fun, Deer River Campsites is a delightful local campground; the McKenzie Pond Trail offers hiking at its best. Duck Ponds is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains.

magnificent skiing is what you obtain at Titus Mountain. Black Cat Mountain can be seen from Duck Ponds. Lakes are delightful; Charlie Pond is a lake that's right next door to Duck Ponds. So much exciting stuff to do here at Duck
Ponds, too delightful to be true. Legton is a perfect campground here, and why not stop by close by Clear Brook while you're here at Duck Ponds.
Duck Ponds is a relatively wet place regularly with lots of rainfall; the wettest
month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most, and February on the other hand is the driest. Summer at Duck Ponds comes with high temperatures in the 70's with night lows in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Duck Ponds dipping down into the 0's during winter nights.
