Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Deerfly Pond, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Malone. Duck Ponds generally gets a large amount of rain; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. Summertime at Duck Ponds arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and       through the night it cools down to the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are commonly in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Duck Ponds. There's great hiking along the Schwartz Trail, and camping is available at Legton. If you need a site to stay Econo Lodge Malone is a delightful choice. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool things the area close to Duck Ponds has to offer. The Silver Lake Mountain Trail offers hiking at                  its best, and while you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Malone. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Visit Clear Brook while you're here at Duck Ponds, and camping at Deer River Campsites is always a perfect experience. That right there is heaps of cool things already but it goes on, the Adirondack Mountains has it all. Don't leave Duck Ponds without first going for a hike along the McKenzie Pond Trail; the summit of Black Cat Mountain can be observed from Duck Ponds. This is a great neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Charlie Pond is a lake nearby; hey, Gotta ski right? Mount Pisgah is a nice spot to do that. This lake is so wonderful.
