Titus Mountain is a great place to do that; naturally, this is a pleasant neighborhood for people who like lakes, Indian Lake is a lake close by. At Drain Pond all through the summer highs are in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Drain Pond. This lake is located in the       wonderful Adirondack Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Legton is a glorious site to camp, and Sunset Motel is a tremendous site to get some rest. Drain Pond is a wet location that gets much rain; through August this area sees the most rain while February is mostly the driest month. A fine nearby hotel is Chateaugay Hotel, and Little Orebed Hill is clearly visible from Drain Pond. Now, you may believe that's lots                  but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the Adirondack Mountains. But wait, there's more to do in close proximity to Drain Pond. There are plenty of people from Malone here at Drain Pond, and what would winter be without some skiing at Mount Pisgah. And if that's not enough there's loads more fun stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains.
