After a long day outdoors La Hacienda Inn is a magnificent site to spend a night or two, and the summit of Tallmadge Hill can be spotted from Dodge Pond. High temperatures at Dodge Pond through the summertime months are in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Dodge Pond through the wintertime regularly sink       into the 10's. Spring Brook is a good local stream, and you'll probably meet some people from Sayre here. Best Western Grand Victorian Inn is a good place to get some rest, and Cayuta Creek has a magnificent whitewater paddling spot close by. Dodge Pond truly is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. Dodge Pond is a fine site to visit for more than one day, Catatonk Creek Campsite is a fine site to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need                  more than a day to explore everything Dodge Pond has to offer, you can camp at Leisure Livin' Camping and Resort, and paddling on Sugar Creek is so much fun.
