The Adirondack Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Be careful coming to Dippikill Pond, you might not ever want to go back home again. A round of golf at nearby Green Mansion Golf Course is a magnificent way to kill some time, and why not camp at Camp Dippikill Office since you're here at Dippikill Pond. So many exciting things in the Adirondack Mountains, just striking. Really great skiing awaits you at Gore Mountain;       whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Hudson River. Dippikill Pond is a good place of common rain; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Lake George/Warrensburg Super 8 Motel is a great place to get some rest. Throughout the warm months at Dippikill Pond temperatures are mostly in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in                  the 20's while Dippikill Pond night low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 0's. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Adirondack Mountains. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby West Mountain; the Spectacle Pond Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Glen Creek is close to Dippikill Pond and is always a joy to stop at; do stop by Daggett Pond, it's a lovely lake. Birch Mountain is clearly visible from Dippikill Pond, and Number Nine Pond is a nearby lake that you could take a look at. Dippikill Pond is right by the Oregon Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Lake George Resort. This lake is so wonderful.
